At The Rose, Lutfy blends classic inspiration with modern flair to create drinks and experiences guests remember — making him one of the city’s most respected and recognizable bartenders.

Robert Martinez, a Corpus Christi native, is a skilled bartender known for creativity, leadership, and dedication to the craft. With experience at top San Antonio spots like SoHo Wine and Martini Bar, Francis Bogside, Blue Box, The Modernist, and The Rose of San Antonio, Robert—often called the “Bar Dad”—brings professionalism and innovation to every cocktail and team.

Hi, I’m Ximena—a college student by day and bartender by night. I have a deep appreciation for the art of mixology, especially when it comes to tequila and mezcal, my favorite spirits. While I’m still early in my bartending journey, I’m incredibly passionate about the craft and excited to keep honing my skills and growing in this field.

Hey I’m Brandon, originally from California and moved here after joining the Air Force,since moving here I’ve been Bartending since June of 2024. My favorite drinks include the Amorus Lady and a Whiskey sour. Come over and enjoy a drink with us!

I’m an East Coast girl who made Texas home ten years ago. After life took an unexpected turn, a friend suggested I try bartending — and two days later, I did. What began as stepping out of my comfort zone became a true calling. My background in the military and nursing gave me the precision, care, and connection that bartending thrives on.
